If you have a problem or technical question regarding your LARDIS system, please feel free to contact us during our support hours, Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
⚠️ | Problems, bugs, or unexpected behavior can be reported to us at any time. However, we can only provide assistance with system configuration if a valid service pack is available for the affected system. For this, either a Service Pack 1 (90 days of support) or a Service Pack 3 (2 years / 7 years of support) is required. |

- Software version used
- Problem exists since which software version
- Name of the system / licensee
- Description of the error analysis
- Is the error reproducible?
- Who is the contact person and how can they be reached?
- In case of a system crash or error message, please include the full message (click “Show more details”)
ℹ️ | f there is a hardware defect in a system component, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the system. They will assist you with this issue and coordinate any further steps if necessary. |
